Reporting to the Director of Community and Development Services, this position is responsible for the management and supervision of the development approvals section of the Planning Department including, but not limited to, pre-consultation services for developers, development approvals, site plan agreements and plans of subdivision. Some attendance outside the office at properties subject to development applications and other meetings is required.
Hours of Work:
35 hours per week. Travel and attendance at evening meetings is required.
$3,650.70 to $4,109.07 bi-weekly (2019 Rates). A comprehensive benefits package included.
