Eastlink is presently seeking a Construction Coordinator to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Reporting to the Outside Plant Projects Manager, the Construction Coordinator will play a key role responsible for overseeing the quality and efficiency of fiber construction services, Site surveys and projects throughout Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and PEI. Inclusive of coordinating the daily activities related to all aerial and underground plant construction, the Construction Coordinator will complete site visits, provide recommendations for routing and pole positioning as well as meet with external stakeholders to secure clearances and permits. Responsible for providing updates to internal and external customers, the Construction Coordinator will work to ensure that all projects comply with relevant standards/ regulations and are completed on time and budget. The Construction Coordinator will also assign day to day project activities to internal staff and contractors while contributing to the effective operation of the Engineering Construction team.
A valid driver’s license is required for this opportunity.
