The Project Controls/Planning Manager (NOC 0711) is directly responsible for preparing and updating the construction program and providing planning and scheduling oversight to projects within the Buildings division. Projects focus on large, complex commercial construction. The Project Controls/Planning Manager is involved in all project phases from inception to handover.
Reporting to the Preconstruction Director, the Project Controls/Planning Manager is responsible to collaborate with client representatives on all Scheduling/Planning components of a project and coordinate with internal operations teams.
The Project Controls/Planning Manager brings extensive experience as a construction planner in Design & Build projects and is able to apply their experience with a strong understanding/inclination of Project Controls, Earned Value, Risk Management, Design Management and Resource Planning process.
