Project managers cultivate the people skills needed to develop trust and communication among all of a project's stakeholders: its
sponsors, those who will make use of the project's results, those who command the resources needed, and the project team
members.

Experience:

  • Solid knowledge and application of Project Management principles and processes as per the Project Management Institute.
  • Strong client interaction and internal teamwork skills.
  • Ability to articulate project objectives, stakeholder needs and expectations for Project Managers.
  • Past history of demonstrated project success (time, cost, quality and risk)
  • Develop and apply pertinent product and industry expertise. Project Managers should be knowledgeable enough about the business to be able to explain to others the essential business aspects of a project.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a Project Manager position, ideally in a natural resource consultancy or organization. Demonstrated expertise in
    delivering all types of projects with autonomy.
  • Higher education in a relevant subject.
  • Recognized qualification in Project Management desirable, such as PMP or Certificate in Project Management.
  • The applicant should have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a curious and outgoing personality.
