JOB SUMMARY

The landscape construction Foremen/women play a key role in fulfilling the company’s vision and the promises we make to our clients. The client experience and tehe promotion of the company’s brand rely heavily o the proper execution of this role. What you’d be responsible for in this role: (aka Deliverables)

  1. Complete projects on schedule and on budget with no deficiencies
  2. Maintain 90% review ratings

  5. Off season work - snow removal

IN THIS ROLE YOU WOULD BE:

  • Overseeing and working alongside landscape labourers in the construction of patios, decks and fences and other hardscape structures
  • Managing job costs and crew hours to meet schedule and budget
  • Managing workmanship and quality control on jobsites 
  • Communicating with clients to manage project details and changes
  • Leading morning meetings with the crew to communicate daily and weekly goals and jobsite hazards.
  • Enforcing safety standards
  • Coaching and training less experienced crew members

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  •  Minimum 3 years work experience in landscape construction (hardscapes and softscapes)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in leading a team
  • Ability to work outdoors in wide variety of weather conditions

COMPENSATION:

Wage range $28 - $32 per hour

Typical overtime 120 hours annually

Cell phone allowance $25 per 2-week pay period

Health benefits eligible for after 90 days

Training & Development $1500 reimbursement per year for approved learning
