Kris O'Brien is taking up the role of Director of Client Success at iWave in Charlottetown. He previously worked as a Board Member at Contact Centre Nova Scotia.

Ken Lotocki was hired by Cambrian Credit Union as a Business Analyst & Project Manager in Winnipeg. He worked at Advicent.

Jordan Di Cecca has been hired on as a Director, Customer Success at AudienceView in Toronto. He formerly worked the same job at Sysomos.

Poesy Chen has been recruited as a VP, Customer Success at Figur8 Cloud Solutions in Toronto. Before that he had worked as Director, IT Architecture at Sun Life Financial.
